Baked cream cheese balls

Ingredients

    • 150 grams of soft butter

    • 200 grams olive cream cheese

    • 4 tablespoons onion chips

    • Teaspoon of salt

    • 4 cups of self-raising flour

    • 100 grams of grated parmesan

    • 2 eggs

  • For coating:

    • scrambled egg

    • Zaatar spice

Preparation

How do you make baked cream cheese balls?

  • 1 Place all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until a flexible dough is obtained.

  • 2 Make small balls from the dough and place them on a tray with baking paper.

  • 3 Brush the balls with a beaten egg and sprinkle za'atar on top.

  • 4 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the pastries are golden.

  • 5 It can be kept in the freezer in a sealed box, and heated.
