Ingredients
150 grams of soft butter
200 grams olive cream cheese
4 tablespoons onion chips
Teaspoon of salt
4 cups of self-raising flour
100 grams of grated parmesan
2 eggs
For coating:
scrambled egg

Preparation
How do you make baked cream cheese balls?
1 Place all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until a flexible dough is obtained.
2 Make small balls from the dough and place them on a tray with baking paper.
3 Brush the balls with a beaten egg and sprinkle za'atar on top.
4 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the pastries are golden.
5 It can be kept in the freezer in a sealed box, and heated.
