31 housekeepers received their certificates at the release ceremony in Kirchasch.

You have been given the prospect of a wide range of careers.

District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer honored the best, including six from the district of Erding.

District – They were all excited, those 31 young women who received their certificates at the graduation ceremony in the Gasthaus Bauer in Kirchasch – now they are certified housekeepers with exciting jobs and fields of application waiting for them.

Graduates from all over Upper Bavaria were represented, mainly from the districts of Ebersberg, Erding and Freising.

"We as a society are glad that there are still so many who take up this profession, that rural housekeeping is so popular," said Erding's District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer, pleased about the large number of those who were examined, some of whom were able to take very good certificates with them .

“Nutrition and agriculture are inseparable, but they need a lot more appreciation.

In our region in particular, it can be seen that the importance of regional products and services has increased and is therefore fully in line with the zeitgeist.”

Irmgard Posch, Erding's district farmer, also emphasized the rethinking in society.

"In the past, this profession was often smiled at, but now it shows how valuable it is not only in a rural environment with its multifaceted creative freedom.

Now you have a good tool in your hand, use it and set goals.”

Johanna Heigl briefly showed how extensive the training to become a housekeeper is.

She is the chairwoman of the Upper Bavarian Examination Board and gave the attendants in the room an impression of the diverse tasks and tests that the women had to cope with.

"It's about catering, textiles, room and living environment design as well as economics and social studies in the purely theoretical area.

In the second part, knowledge of supply and care services is required, in part three the execution of an operational order, including documentation and presentation, is still waiting."

After two graduates had each given brief presentations of their home economics stations, the 31 young women were finally allowed to receive their certificates.

Angelika Spitzer, Head of Department for Food and Agriculture in the Upper Bavarian Government, and Maria Stangl, Educational Advisor for Home Economics, presented the documents to the students.

Six of them also received a special award from District Administrator Bayerstorfer for their outstanding achievements: Julia Huber, Anette Schwaiger, Luisa Falter, Magdalena Lüßer, Veronika Riedmaier and Theresa Hinterwimmer.
