After partying in Gelting and driving with almost two per mille: Wolfratshauser has to pay 3900 euros and go to the MPU.
Geretsried/Wolfratshausen
– He could have guessed it: 1.96 per mille is far too much to sit behind the wheel of a car.
And the chance of being caught by the police was quite high, given the festival that the 30-year-old Wolfratshauser had attended.
"But I didn't think about it at all," admitted the man in the dock, who had to answer for negligent drunk driving.
"There is no explanation for this, and it cannot be excused either." And in general, he finds the whole matter "absolutely shameful" because his behavior is completely against his sense of values.
On June 25th of this year, the 30-year-old attended the Goassnmas party of the Geltinger Burschenverein.
"Goaßnmaßfest - the name says it all.
The intoxication is written right at the top”, judge Helmut Berger objected and drew an imaginary banner in the room with his index fingers.

The defendant did not object.
He drank four or five beers that night in a short time.
"It tastes good, but it's deadly," the judge explained to the young prosecutor about the devastating effect of the unfamiliar mixed drink made of dark beer, cola and cherry liqueur.
More from the District Court: Drivers with a blood alcohol content of more than one thousand - the defendant's explanation is curious
At around 3:20 a.m., the accused had the idea not to leave his car on the lawn, but to move it and drove from the fairground to the Alter Wirt in Gelting.
From there he wanted to walk home.
He wasn't spared anyway.
The police officers who checked him on Buchberger Strasse confiscated his driver's license on the spot.
The judge sentenced Wolfratshauser to 60 daily rates of 35 euros each, a total of 3,900 euros, and set the driver's license ban for nine months - whereby the convicted person will have to wait at least twelve months for a new driver's license.
Because for the upcoming medical-psychological examination, which he cannot avoid with such a high blood alcohol level, he has to prove that he has been abstinent from alcohol for a year.
