The Trump Organization faces separate charges, but there are no criminal charges against Trump, who is the subject of a series of criminal investigations that have drawn national attention since the FBI raid of his Florida mansion, Mar-a- Lake, last Monday.
As a result of the search, threats against officers have skyrocketed.
Some Trump supporters have called the search of his property a "civil war," while one person attacked an FBI field office.
Meanwhile, a Pennsylvania man was arrested Monday and charged with making threats on the website of the right-wing social network Gab.
