The two, about 20 years old, were accused of selling fake tickets to concerts and sports games.
The two purchased tickets while presenting a fake bank transfer.
After that, they sold the tickets several times to others - and finally impersonated the person they bought the tickets from and led to being portrayed as a scammer on social media

Two Beit Shean residents in their 20s were accused of selling fake tickets to concerts and sports games for tens of thousands of shekels - this was announced today (Tuesday) by the police cyber unit in the Central District.
Among others, the two forged tickets for Eyal Golan, Omer Adam, Avitar Banai, Aden Hasson, Aden Ben Zaken, Coldplay and more, and earned more than NIS 70,000.
The two first purchased tickets - and presented the sellers with a fake bank transfer.
After that, the same tickets were sold several times to other victims, so that most of the buyers could not redeem the ticket.
Finally, the defendants impersonated the first victim from whom they purchased the tickets, which led to his presentation as a fraudster on social media.
The two claimed to be lone soldiers with financial difficulties, and therefore received the money from the buyers through some sophisticated methods;
Produced a code to withdraw cash without a card, transferred funds through the Bit app through another victim and demanded one victim pay a second victim, so they took themselves out of sight.
At the end of a court hearing yesterday, the detention of the two was extended.
