Prince Harry and Meghan come to Dusseldorf.

The Royals have announced for September 6, 2022.

"Great news" according to OB Keller.

Düsseldorf – Royal visit to Düsseldorf: Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are coming to the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia in around three weeks, reports 24RHEIN.

"We have had great news that Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke of Sussex and Duchess of Sussex will be visiting us in September," said Dr.

Reason for the royal visit: The Invictus Games, which will take place in Düsseldorf in 2023, and are a real heart project for Prince Harry.

The two are already visiting the state capital, a year before the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf.

On September 6, 2022, they will meet with senior officials, future competitors, and their friends and family, the city said.

Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023

► The Invictus Games are to be held in Germany for the first time from September 9th to 16th, 2023.

The motto: "A Home for Respect".

► More than 500 wounded, injured and ill soldiers and veterans from 21 nations will then compete in ten sports in a friendly competition.

► For the competitors, the games are less about medals and more about celebrating their hard, personal journey back to life.

► The project is organized jointly by the city of Düsseldorf and the Bundeswehr.

This is unique in the history of the Invictus Games.

► The games are played internationally at a different location every two years, with Vancouver and Whistler in Canada hosting for 2025.

And Lord Mayor Keller is also looking forward to Harry and Meghan: "We are very pleased to present the host city and the Invictus Games Park in the Merkur Spiel-Arena to the patron of the Invictus Games Foundation for next year's games."

Harry and Meghan's trip to Europe: In addition to Düsseldorf, they go to Manchester

However, the stay in Düsseldorf is only short for Harry and Meghan.
