The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that the forces of the Kyiv regime are using a mental hospital in the city of Kramatorsk, north of Donetsk city, as a military barracks and a warehouse for weapons, and have fired from them at the neighboring areas.
The TASS news agency quoted the head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, Mikhail Mezintsev, as saying that the Ukrainian armed formations used a psychiatric hospital in Kramatorsk as a barracks, weapons depot and a rocket launcher center, and systematically fired from it at nearby residential areas.
He pointed out that the Ukrainian formations are stationed in a hospital to combat tuberculosis in the town of Artemovsk, north of Donetsk, and have deployed checkpoints and fire stations there.
