Monday brings with it numerous, exciting sports competitions at the European Championships 2022 in Munich.

The European Championships 2022 continue.
Monday also offers a great mix of sport, music and hands-on events.
Munich – The European Championships 2022 in Munich inspire, numerous spectators follow the exciting competitions or great concerts on site or in front of the TV.
And there are more than enough of these: Today's Monday, August 15th and a public holiday in Munich (Assumption Day), the program is packed with sports, music and more.
Much of it is free, other events will be completely sold out.
Above all, the track and field competitions in the Olympic Stadium will be a highlight.
Most of the competitions and events are still taking place in the Munich Olympic Park.
Therefore, here is the program of events in the Olympic Park, followed by the events in the rest of the city.
Program of the European Championships on Monday (15 August) in the Olympic Park
Here is a selection of the most exciting hands-on events in the Olympic Park:
9.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., workout on the outdoor terrace of the BMW World
: Here's a 30-minute workout with a black roll.
So everyone can start the day actively.
11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Partner Roof, craftsmen’s village:
The way into the crafts – young people in particular can get to know and experience professions and entry opportunities here at first hand.
11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Kids Roof, FreizeitSport München – play activities
: A wide range of games, sports and fun for children.
Here they can try things out, have fun and learn new things.
12pm to 1.30pm, Art Roof, photography workshop:
by Munich Street Collective.
Hobby photographers and those who want to become one can take their photography skills to a new level here.
6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., Creative Roof, Amazon Gathering:
Alongside breathtaking women, you can go on a journey of discovery into your own body.
Music program on the Central Roof and the Creative Roof in the Olympic Park on Monday (15 August)
12.45 p.m. to 1.15 p.m., Central Roof: Bavarian heartily colorful - Donaugau / Gauplattlergruppe
1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Creative Roof: Funky Francis
– DJ Funky Francis brings glamor and African joie de vivre to your ears.
5.30pm to 6.30pm, Creative Roof: Moon Mates
– For fans of atmospheric indie pop with soulful beats and dreamy harmonies.
7.15 p.m. to 7.45 p.m. and 8.15 p.m. to 9.45 p.m., Creative Roof, erlebe.bayern Festival
– First, RIA REISER performs Lower Bavarian dialect as a rapper, followed by Marcel Engler and Jens-Peter Abele, the alphorn, dulcimer and brass instruments with electro beats and Bavarian combine dialect.

The sporting competitions on Monday are tough - and there is something for every taste.
There are also some decisions to be made, medals will be awarded and exciting duels will be fought.
On Monday there will be competitions in track cycling, beach volleyball, track and field, sport climbing and table tennis in Munich.

Numerous athletics disciplines, including the men's decathlon, the women's and men's marathon final, and the men's and women's shot put final.
12:00 p.m. to approx. 8:45 p.m.

Track cycling competitions and some medal events.
2 p.m. to approx. 3.45 p.m., Königsplatz
: Sport climbing is all about speed on Monday.
The women's and men's qualifications are followed directly by the speed women's final and the speed men's final.
5:15 p.m. to approx. 9 p.m., Königsplatz
: Various matches of the women's group stage in beach volleyball.
Group A and Group G are next.
