In my opinion, the debate should rather be around the question of citizenship.

It is not only a question of knowing if one can vote in such or such local election, but if one wishes to adopt durably the way of life, the culture and the values ​​of France.

I would have rather proposed to Sacha Houlié to ask the question directly to the first concerned.
