The Russian Federal Security Service arrested a member of the Ukrainian extremist "Right Sector" organization, who was planning to target buildings in tourist resorts in the Stavropol Territory.
Russia Today website quoted a statement of the agency as saying: "The arrested element was unable to achieve his criminal plan, as he was arrested by law enforcement officers who found in his possession, during the inspection, components for the manufacture of an incendiary mixture."
The statement indicated that the arrest of this terrorist came after information about his planning to set fire to administrative buildings in the urban district of Mineralnye Vody and the resort city of Zheleznovodsk.
It is noteworthy that the Russian Federal Security Service announced yesterday that it had thwarted a terrorist attack planned by the Ukrainian intelligence to target an oil and gas facility on the outskirts of the southern Russian city of Volgograd.
