The mystery of the baby abandoned in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) was solved in less than twenty-four hours.
The parents, a 36-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, spontaneously showed up at the police station on Monday August 15.
They were taken into custody before confessing, but they have not yet delivered all their explanations.
The prosecution ordered the continuation of the preliminary investigation to clarify the circumstances of this abandonment.
The couple was released with a summons before the investigators for August 24.
