Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh confirmed that the massacre of Palestinian children in Jabalia, which the occupation entity admitted to having committed, is a new document to be added to its bloody criminal record against the Palestinian people.

Shtayyeh said in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency, that the occupation's recognition of the Jabalia cemetery massacre puts the international community and international human rights and human rights organizations to the test of credibility and seriousness in dealing with this crime away from double standards, calling for an immediate investigation into it and all crimes committed against the Palestinian people.

Shtayyeh stressed that the international community's failure to implement the relevant UN resolutions encourages the Israeli occupation to continue war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians and undermine the chances of establishing an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Shtayyeh indicated that the Israeli occupation continues to commit crimes of ethnic cleansing on a continuous basis against the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank, which was recently represented in addition to the recent aggression on the Gaza Strip, which claimed more than 49 martyrs, including 17 children and 4 women, and 360 injuries.

Shtayyeh renewed his call to the International Criminal Court to open an immediate investigation into the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians and to hold the perpetrators accountable.
