Landsberg – Mölders, Mölders, Mölders, Mölders, Mölders – no, that's not a repeat mistake.

But: That should show how often the player-coach has met in the last three games for the Bayern Bundesliga club TSV Landsberg.

At TSV, the “English Week” could be renamed: In “Mölders-Woche.” The former Munich “Löwe” scored twice each in the 3-1 win in Rosenheim and in the 3-2 win against Schwaben Augsburg during the week, on Sunday he did the 2:0 in Nördlingen in the last minute the second Landsberger goal.

Let's do the math: Sascha Mölders scored five of the eight Landsberg goals in the English week, eight out of 15 TSV stalls in seven games, so more than half.

The 37-year-old top scorer shares first place with Ismaninger Daniel Gaedke in the Bayernliga Süd top scorer list. However, Ismaninger has more assists (four) than Landsberger (one).

Mölders delivers - and TSV secures second place in the table behind FC Ismaning, who have the same number of points.

"A perfect English week," says the goalscorer.

"We cleared everything." Also thanks to his five goals: "It's not important that I score.

But if I score, it increases the odds that we'll win.

So every goal helps us all,” the former Bundesliga striker puts himself at the service of his new team.

But Landsberg is not only Mölders: Striker Steffen Krautschneider scored his fourth goal of the season against Augsburg (ranks 6th in the top scorer table), in Nördlingen defender Sebastian Schmeiser gave the guests the lead seconds before the break.

His first goal this season.

The player-coach was particularly happy about another premiere of the season: "We absolutely wanted to keep a clean sheet - and we managed to do that." However, he had to admit that not everything went as planned in the fifth competitive win in a row.

His boys stayed below their potential for long stretches.

Mölders: "We didn't get into the game in the first half because the quality of the pass was lacking.

It wasn't until the second half that we imagined it.

Two more personal details: Sturm new signing Sandro Caravetta has to have an operation on his knee, so he will be out for a longer time.

Daniel Denier (knee surgery after a torn inner ligament) is on the right track.

English week II

The next English week is coming up for TSV Landsberg: Tomorrow evening, the Mölders/Hutterer team will host regional league club FV Illertissen in the Bavarian Association Cup, on Saturday (2 p.m.) they will face Türkspor Augsburg (last 2:4 against Kottern) in the Landsberger Sportpark .
