20 people were killed and 35 others were injured today in a huge explosion that took place in a mosque in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
Reuters quoted Khaled Zadran, a Kabul police spokesman, as saying, "An explosion occurred inside a mosque in the Khair Khana district of Kabul, killing 20 people and wounding 35 others." No party has claimed responsibility for the bombing so far.
