An 18-year-old suspected drug dealer has been arrested after sending a "strange text message" offering cocaine to a police officer.
Joe Mullins, Flagler County Sheriff in Florida, alerted his colleagues in the communication when Jack Edward Fisher wrote to him if he wanted an
eight-ball
of the drug

The police followed the conversation and through the number they tracked the location of Fisher, who
was arrested in an undercover operation.
Mullins cited the young man in an area of the county where he waited for him in a private car, when the detainee approached he was intercepted.
It contained 3.17 grams of fentanyl, which authorities told Fox News was enough to potentially kill 1,585 people.

Fisher was charged with felony possession of fentanyl and unlawful use of a communications device.
In February he had already been arrested on misdemeanor charges of possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age and possession of marijuana.

He faces $3,000 bail.
The officer assured that he fulfilled his mission of helping the community during the same days that he celebrates 11 years of sobriety.
"I hope that this arrest makes this person realize that there is a problem in his life," he said.
