Tutzing - Three men make a campfire in Tutzing.
Soon the police and fire brigade arrive.
Now the men have to expect a report.
As the Starnberg police explained, the integrated control center of the rescue service was informed of smoke development from a forest in the north-west of Tutzing on Tuesday evening around 8:15 p.m.
The alarmed fire brigade and the police patrol called to do so found three men in the forest there who had lit a campfire in the immediate vicinity of the forest.
Men from Gilching and Gauting violate the Bavarian Forest Act
Because of the risk of forest fires and because fires in and around the forest are prohibited by law, the fire was extinguished immediately.
The three men, aged between 29 and 39, from Gilching and Gauting are now facing charges of violating the Bavarian Forest Act.
Police warn of extreme drought
In this context, the police once again urgently point out that, especially in the extreme drought that is currently prevailing, any open fire in nature should be avoided.
