," wrote the Minister of the Interior on Twitter.
The spokesperson for the FNSPF, Eric Brocardi, told AFP that he had been the subject of death threats "
since Tuesday
".

Several complaints are in progress
," he said.
At the end of July, he had estimated in the magazine
Marianne
that the “
lack of personnel
” among firefighters “
existed before the Covid crisis
”, adding: “
we would have the same shortcomings if tomorrow (non-vaccinated firefighters) were reinstated.
“
So far there have been comments but no direct threats
,” said Eric Brocardi, who had again been questioned on the issue “
last week on a television set
”.

According to Civil Security, less than 200 professional firefighters out of 41,800 and 5,000 non-professional firefighters out of 197,000 have not been vaccinated and have in fact been suspended.
The FNSPF "

", said its president, Gregory Allione, who gave his "

" to the spokesperson.
Earlier in the day, the mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, had assured on Twitter his "
full support
" for Eric Brocardi.
The spokesperson for civil security, Alexandre Jouassard, also told AFP that he had been the subject of messages of insults and threats.
