The head of the General Corporation for Foreign Trade Center in Sweida, Samer Darwish, explained that the value of the medicines rented since the beginning of this year amounted to one billion and 911 million pounds for the benefit of the Directorate of Health and the two public authorities of Shahba and Salkhad Hospitals in order to secure the needs of patients.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Darwish indicated that the drugs used included many blood, cardiac, radiographic, medical alcohol and other drug groups, pointing out that the center continues to procure and provide various drugs to public health authorities according to the available capabilities and to serve the actual need and demand.
And the center of the General Corporation for Foreign Trade in As-Suwayda had rented medicines worth one billion and 302 million pounds during the past year for the benefit of the Health Directorate and Salkhad and Shahba hospitals.
