Do you dare to go almost naked?

And go out in absolutely transparent clothes?

Probably not, unless you're super young, super irreverent, or as beautiful naked as models Hailey Bieber or Bella Hadid.

Or as always to her own air of her singer Rihanna!

However, the most groundbreaking designers of the moment –those who fill the fashion chronicles with headlines– want to see you as God brought you into the world.

And we are not talking about some transparencies here or there, but about clothes without linings, with 100% diaphanous fabrics and some pieces created to show your body, something already known as Naked Fashion or naked fashion, openly and naturally.

And we see that many women in the international arena are happily indulging them!

In 1992, at just 17 years old, English model Kate Moss (still looking fabulous at 48) modeled topless, nearly nude for Calvin Klein.

That was without a doubt a controversial moment in fashion!

And years later – in 2012, in an interview with Vanity Fair – Moss declared that she was afraid of being almost naked in that photo shoot with actor Mark Wahlberg, who was 21 years old.

And that was very traumatic for her.

But that made her famous overnight, and a billionaire, and now we see that Kate appears in very sensual ads, along with her very young – and also a model – daughter Lila Grace, 19 years old.

So let's turn the clock forward 30 years and, in 2022, the most famous models in the world, both on the catwalks and in real life, are almost topless and much more, and there is no doubt that fashion is nude, sheer, or 100% transparent, has come to stay.

Wearing nude clothes off the catwalk began with much more force in the after parties of the night of the Met Gala, last May.

Kendall Jenner wore a black lace crop top and Capri pants ensemble with nothing underneath!

And when Hailey Bieber arrived at a party in shorts and a black blazer, open, and with her breasts exposed.

And soon after, the image of Rihanna, several months pregnant wearing a transparent dress from Dior's Fall 2022 Collection, confirmed that Naked Fashion had prevailed.

And so we see established fashion houses, like Gucci, Alice & Olivia, Rodarte, Michael Kors, Balenciaga.

Valentino, Schiaparelli and Dior – along with some successful newcomers like Dôen, Y/Project, Magda Butrym & Diotima – have joined the daring trend.

Which, according to the survey company Klarna, “has increased this year by 103% more than previous years”, which shows a new taste and shopping habit among women around the world.

And among those who want to hide their total nudity a little, the use of very light briefs, or linings of very subtle fabrics, such as tulle, in a nude color, has become popular, as well as wearing nude-colored underwear in strategic areas.

Other fashion brands sell lined models with petticoats or briefs that you can wear or not.

Interestingly, the unforgettable and very sexy Marilyn Monroe already in the 50s loved to wear many of these translucent dresses, which projected the illusion of nudity, although they were lined with nude colored tulle.

And the famous dress, designed by Jean Louis, which she wore to the birthday of the US president, John F. Kennedy, is one of them.

Precisely the dress that she borrowed Kim Kardashian at the Ripley's Museum, to wear to that already famous Met Gala, causing great controversy.

Isn't that very interesting?
