The results of a recent opinion poll in Turkey revealed that the majority of Turks are not satisfied with the presidential system and would like to return to the parliamentary system of government.
According to the poll conducted by "Unilium" and reported by the Turkish newspaper Zaman, 66.4 percent of the participants expressed their desire to return to the parliamentary system.
The newspaper added that the "Justice and Development Party" and its "National Movement" ally support the continuation of the presidential system, while the opposition parties pledge to return to the parliamentary system, amid expectations that the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will not be able to win the upcoming presidential elections.
