After a ceremony held in Riyadh, the Jordanian royal house announced the engagement of Hussein, 28, to Rajawa Khaled al-Saif of Saudi Arabia.
The parents have already given their blessing.

The Jordanian royal house announced this evening (Wednesday) the engagement of the Crown Prince, 28-year-old Hussein, to 28-year-old Rajwa Khaled al-Seif from Saudi Arabia, who is expected to become the queen of Jordan with Hussein's queen.
A-Seif graduated from high school in Saudi Arabia, and then received a degree in civil engineering from Syracuse University in New York.

The engagement ceremony was held at the house of the Al-Saif family in Riyadh.
Members of the Jordanian royal family also came there.
