Ingredients

    • 4 tortillas

    • 200 grams chicken breast cut into small cubes

    • 1 chopped onion

    • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1 teaspoon of salt

    • ¼ chopped parsley

    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

    • 1 as Phithsilan

  • For coating:

    • 2 scrambled eggs

    • 2 cups of golden breadcrumbs

    • Oil spray

  • Spicy mayonnaise sauce for serving:

    • mayonnaise

    • A spoonful of lemon juice

    • A spoonful of ground chili

Preparation

How do you make a cigar tortilla filled with vegetables?

  • 1

    Prepare the filling:

    place the olive oil and onion in a pan and fry for about 5 minutes until golden.

  • 2 Add the spices and chicken breast cubes and fry while stirring.

  • 3 Add a teaspoon of silan, chopped parsley, mix and remove from the heat.

  • 4 Cool and place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each tortilla.

  • 5 Fold the 2 ends of the tortilla and roll into a tight cigar.

  • 6 Dip in the beaten eggs and then in the golden breadcrumbs.

  • 7 Place on a baking sheet and grease with oil spray.

  • 8 Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 9 Mix all the sauce ingredients to create spicy mayonnaise.

    Serve alongside the tortillas.
