I have written here many times in the past about the fact that I don't understand how people don't put more thought into the world before they bring children into the world, and about the fact that for quite a few people, it seems to be an integral part of the path of life like going to study for a degree or going on a trip after the army.

It is not.

Because after a trip to the army, you return after a few months.

In most cases, a degree will be completed within 4 years, and even if you chose wrongly, you can always do professional retraining.

Bringing a child into the world is irreversible.

It has a tremendous meaning on your life and more importantly - responsibility for the life you bring into the world.

It is not something that is done lightly, because the parents and the environment pressure, or because oops, we weren't careful and it happened.

I don't know all the details about Ben El Tabori and Ortal Amr's relationship, although they don't really try to leave me alone.

Ortel has said in the past that it was an unplanned pregnancy, but I have no ability or right to express an opinion about their considerations for bringing the child into the world or to claim now, after the horrific tapes have been revealed, which of them made the decision lightly.

What I can say is that this is not how a person who has accepted his responsibility as a parent sounds.

And it's a shame there aren't auditions for parents, just like they do auditions for singers.

Maybe if there were, even there it would be possible to give "does not pass" on the grounds that the contestant is not yet mature.

First of all, we have crossed a line here that shrinks all of our hearts and that is to hear a parent who curses his son, disowns him and claims that he is "finished in his eyes".

It is terrible.

And although Ben El says that one should not judge a person when he is angry, I think that this is exactly the time when a person should be judged.

That's where our true nature is revealed - not when we're calm and in control.

But even without expressing it like that, so many couples who break up have personal wars between them through the children.

Arguing about "money" and "staying times" when in fact the war is about disappointment, heartbreak, expectations or rejection.

As I already said, I have no idea what happened in this case, how it started and when it went wrong.

Ben Al claims that he is going through three and a half difficult years, Ortel's associates say that he is the one who is putting her through hell, none of us know who is right, and it really doesn't matter.

It may be that, according to all appearances, Ortel is simply fighting for the father of her child to function as a proper parent.

But what if he is really not interested, not qualified or not able?

Isn't it better for the child without it?

This is the place to bring up the topic of parenting auditions again.

I don't know how this responsibility should be expressed in terms of money or stay times, if at all, but it is yours.

The fact that you, as a man, feel less of a party to the matter just because you didn't carry the "thing" in your stomach for nine months, doesn't reduce your real responsibility.

Intercourse has consequences, some longer lasting than the average duration of an orgasm or the period of recovery from gonorrhea.

Sometimes a child is also created at the end, and this child is not to blame for the fact that you were not careful during sex or that you no longer love his mother, or in this case, as the recordings imply - really, really does not love his mother.
