A fire broke out in Lok Fu Village, Wong Tai Sin this afternoon (16th), causing two injuries. A 66-year-old woman surnamed Li fell into a coma and was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. She is currently in critical condition.
The fire department investigated at the scene and believed that the cause of the fire was suspicious, and the police temporarily classified the case as "arson".
By 6 pm, the police took away a boy to assist in the investigation, and the boy was accompanied by his mother to the police station in a police car.
According to the news at the scene, after a preliminary investigation by the police, it was suspected that someone was playful and lit the curtain outside the neighbor's house with incense candles, causing a fire.
The case was handed over to the Eighth Team of the Criminal Investigation Team of Wong Tai Sin Police District to take over the investigation.

At about 2 pm today, a unit on the 3rd floor of Ledong Building, Lok Fu Village, was emitting heavy smoke. The fire department dispatched a smoke cap team to the scene to put it out. On the ground, the ambulance was taken to the hospital for rescue.
During the incident, another 34-year-old female neighbor, suspected of inhaling smoke, was also sent to the hospital for treatment.
