The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Israeli occupation is escalating its war on the Palestinian presence in the West Bank, especially in the occupied city of Jerusalem, to implement colonial annexation plans in full view of the world.
In a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency, the Foreign Ministry stated that the continuous daily war of the occupation against the Palestinian presence does not include only preventing the Palestinian from reaching his land and depriving him of it by the force of the occupation, repressing and harassing him, but also destroying any means or elements that enhance his steadfastness and adherence to his land, including the demolition and destruction of homes and facilities. And water networks, razing lands, uprooting trees and sabotaging crops with the aim of expanding settlements or building more roads to connect them with each other, undermining any chance of establishing a Palestinian state with its capital, Jerusalem.
The Foreign Ministry called on the international community to stop the policy of double standards, respect what remained of its credibility, and take the necessary measures to compel the occupation to stop settlements.
