Today, the Russian Coordination Center distributed a set of food rations to the displaced people residing in the temporary residence center in the town of Al-Harjla in the Damascus countryside.
The Humanitarian Aid Officer at the Russian Coordination Center in Damascus, First Lieutenant Alexander Fedobov, said in a statement to reporters that 450 food rations, or about 5 tons, were distributed to the displaced families residing in the temporary residence center in the town of Al-Herjla, indicating that the aid includes “tea, oil, flour and canned goods” in addition to Biscuits for children.
In turn, Director of the Temporary Residence Center in Al-Harjala, Imad Al-Khatib, indicated that the aid was distributed to the people displaced by terrorism from the villages of Al-Foua and Kefraya, pointing out that the aid comes within the framework of cooperation and friendship between Syria and Russia and aims to alleviate the suffering of the people as a result of the unjust Western economic siege imposed on the Syrian people. .
