"The units of the regiment of the radiation protection, chemical and biological protection forces of the Ukrainian forces are preparing to complete their stationing in the Zaporozhye region by tomorrow and be ready to review operations for the repair of the artificial accident, as well as to implement a set of measures to prove the alleged treatment of the consequences of the accident," Konashenkov added.
Kyiv regime forces are also planning to launch artillery strikes on the territory of Zaporozhye from the firing positions in the city of Nikopol to blame the Russian forces, as the Ukrainian leadership repeatedly spreads rumors about Russian forces firing from long-range artillery systems hiding behind the nuclear power plant.
In turn, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on this news during her intervention on the Solovyov Live program, saying that it is not the first time that the regime in Kyiv has resorted to this, describing it as nuclear blackmail.
Zakharova stressed that the dangers of such actions are unpredictable, and their consequences, in addition to the geographical spread, carry a temporal closure for decades of radioactive contaminated areas, which humanity has learned in accidents such as Chernobyl and Fukushima.
