Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Ivan Nechaev announced today that according to the Russian military doctrine, the use of nuclear response forces is only possible as a means of responding to any aggression or threat to the existence of the state.
The Russian news agency Sputnik quoted Nechaev as telling reporters: The Russian military doctrine allows for a nuclear response only in response to aggression with the use of weapons of mass destruction or when the very existence of the Russian state is threatened.
In another context, Nechaev stated that Russia is waiting for the visit of the experts of the International Atomic Energy Agency to the Zaporozhye plant soon, in order to ascertain the crime of the Kyiv regime by targeting it on the ground.
He said: To prevent a nuclear catastrophe, it is necessary to force the Ukrainian forces to stop the bombing.. We expect that in the near future there will be a visit to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant by the experts of the International Atomic Energy Agency, which was fully agreed upon again last June and thwarted by the UN Secretariat United.
Nechaev added: Kyiv has demonstrated many times its ability to organize provocations and the inability to control national formations, and for the same reason, proposals to create a demilitarized zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant are unacceptable and their implementation will make the plant more vulnerable.
Nechaev commented on the mission's visit to the city of Jelinovka, where Ukrainian forces bombed the detention center for Ukrainian prisoners of war, saying: Moscow is interested in visiting the United Nations mission to Jelinovka as soon as possible, and this will become possible after agreeing on all the details.. Regarding the results of the mission, of course, we rely on An impartial and unbiased analysis and determination of all facts relating to this tragic accident.
