Tourists were expelled from Venice for surfing in the Grand Canal

Two tourists who surfed the waters of Venice were identified after the city's mayor, Luigi Brugnaro, posted a video on Twitter of what happened.

According to the local newspaper Il Gazzettino, the duo was captured and the two boards, valued at more than US$25,000, were confiscated.
