The command of the forces of the Luhansk People's Republic announced that it managed to eliminate 45 Ukrainian soldiers during the battles that took place in the past 24 hours.
"During the active offensive operations of the Luhansk People's Forces, the enemy incurred heavy losses in manpower and military equipment, up to 45 soldiers were eliminated and five armored personnel carriers, two artillery carriers and 3 units of special vehicles were destroyed," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the command of the forces as saying in a statement.
The Russian army had announced the targeting and destruction of a large number of Ukrainian military targets and facilities during the past 24 hours, including command centers, weapons depots, artillery batteries and missile launchers, in addition to shooting down 13 marches.
