Russian freighter arrives in Cuba with 700,000 barrels of oil

A Russian freighter with 700,000 barrels of crude arrived Thursday in Cuban waters, where smaller ships have begun unloading the barrels of oil to take them to small ports.

The arrival of the fuel comes after the fire that destroyed a large part of the main oil terminal on the island earlier this month.
