Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced that his country does not want an escalation with the United States regarding the Ukrainian crisis, just as it does not want Washington to be a party to this crisis.
In a press statement today, reported by RIA Novosti Agency, Ryabkov said: We do not want an escalation and we want to avoid a situation in which the United States becomes a party to the conflict, but so far we do not see the readiness of the American side to take these warnings deeply and seriously.
"I want to say that we have not only issued a warning, but we have repeatedly sent official signals to Washington, including in the form of a note of protest as well as through the talks that have been held for this purpose," he added.
Ryabkov considered that getting more clearly and deeply involved in what is happening in Ukraine in terms of confronting our special military operation puts the United States on the verge of becoming a party to the conflict, pointing out that the Americans deny their involvement in the Ukrainian file, but the reality refutes this as well as the statements, including the Ukrainian statements.
