Three men have been charged in connection with the death of a former Boston mafia boss who inspired many films, US justice announced Thursday, August 18.

Whitey

” Bulger, who was serving a life sentence after being convicted of eleven murders, was found dead in 2018 in a prison in West Virginia where he had just been transferred.

The three men were charged with criminal conspiracy to commit premeditated murder, judicial authorities said in a statement.
