On August 20, Helene Fischer gives a mega concert in Munich.
Before the show starts, however, there seem to be some communication difficulties between the promoter and the fans.

Helene Fischer is back.
After the release of their new album "Rausch", the live spectacle of the same name is now on the agenda in Munich.
However, some fans are angry – because the waiting times before the concert starts could be very long.
Munich - A new album, then a tour - that's how it usually works in the music world.
Helene Fischer (38) is no exception.
After "Rausch", the new studio work by the undisputed Schlager queen, came onto the market last autumn, a top-class live spectacle is scheduled for the end of August.

"Rausch – Live" is the name of the mega concert with which Helene Fischer and her dancers want to shake the open-air stage at the Munich Exhibition Center on August 20th.
However, before the show starts and it rains confetti and glitter, there is a lot to plan.
The organizer of the event has therefore published a timetable on social media – which causes confusion among fans.
The exhibition center in Munich will be set up until Saturday so that Helene Fischer can celebrate her XXL concert.

The event area should open at 12 p.m., admission should start four hours later.
Steep waiting times, especially considering the rainy weather forecast for the concert weekend.
"Should you be worried about whether the concert can take place at all?" Asks a fan on Instagram, "We fans should know it slowly – some have a long journey," writes another Instagram user.

Helene's admirers have many questions, but there seem to be few answers from the organizer - apart from a circular mail - on social media.
"It's a cheek," reads an indignant comment.
In addition to the uncertain weather conditions, fans also criticize the fact that no power banks are apparently allowed – and that after hours of waiting the cell phone or the camera may already be empty before vocal wonder Helene even sings the first note: "I've never experienced it," complains concert guest.

Unanswered questions or not - the hype surrounding the mega concert could hardly be greater.
"We are so ready," cheers a Helene supporter, "Munich will be epic," joins her another.
The loyal fans will soon be reunited with their big idol.
Until then, Helene Fischer can enjoy the luxury boat that her lover Thomas Seitel gave her as a gift.
