Thirteen people were killed and five others were injured when roofs collapsed due to heavy monsoon rains over the past 24 hours in Sindh province, southern Pakistan.
And local media reported that five people, including three children, were killed in a village in a suburb of Khairpur district in the region, while eight people were confirmed dead and five others were injured in Larkana district of the region, as a result of accidents related to the collapse of roofs of houses due to seasonal rains and floods, while rescue teams continue their work in the affected areas .
The country's National Disaster Management Authority said, "The total number of victims in Pakistan due to rain this season since mid-June has reached 692 people and 1,146 injured.
