The former Secretary of Social Development of Mexico, Rosario Robles, obtained provisional release, the Mexican Attorney General's Office reported this Friday in a statement.
Robles was detained preventively for three years in the Santa Martha Acatitla prison, in the process that is still being followed for alleged improper use of public service when he was in charge of the Social Development (Sedesol) and Agrarian and Territorial Development Secretariats. and Urbano (Sedatu), during the Government of Enrique Peña Nieto.

According to the statement, the control judge who ordered his release imposed precautionary measures prohibiting him from leaving the country without authorization.
