The daughter of Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin, considered Putin's "spiritual guide" and nicknamed the "brain" of Kremlin master Darya Dugina, was killed in a car explosion near the village of Bolshie Vyazemy, in the outskirts of Moscow on Saturday, announced the Russian news agency TASS, relayed in particular by CNN, The Guardian and the BBC.

The Russian Investigative Committee confirmed the information in a statement on Sunday, stating that the young woman "was killed on the spot".

What happened ?

According to Andrei Krasnov, leader of the Russian Horizon movement, close to the family of the deceased and quoted by the TASS agency, Darya Douguina "lost control of the vehicle while it was driving at high speed and was propelled in the opposite direction of the road ".

The latter explains that “the car caught fire immediately” after the explosion, when it “turned towards the Mozhaiskoye highway, near the village of Bolshie Vyazemy”.

According to the investigators of the Committee, who opened an investigation for "homicide", an explosive device was placed in the vehicle.
