The television network HBO revealed this Sunday a first preview of one of its most anticipated series,
The Last Of Us
, which is based on the video game of the same name created in 2013 by the company Naughty Dog.
HBO shared some of its upcoming releases in a video of just over two minutes.
Among them, approximately 20 seconds of
The Last Of Us
could be seen , the first we can see of the entire series and in which it is also confirmed that its premiere will be in 2023.

These first 20 seconds of the series place us squarely in the universe of
The Last Of Us
, whose original video game tells us the story of Joel, a divorced single father turned smuggler with a dark and tragic past, who is tasked with bringing a 14-year-old girl named Ellie through a post-apocalyptic United States.
In the preview, we can precisely see Joel and Ellie -carried out by the Chilean Pedro Pascal and the British Bella Ramsey, respectively- protecting themselves and escaping from something in that post-apocalyptic USA.
The actress of "Game of Thrones" Bella Ramsey will participate in the series "The Last of Us"
It should be remembered that, in the original story, both Joel and Ellie struggle to stay alive in this dystopian world of America that was devastated by the outbreak of a deadly disease that turns people into murderous monsters.
The series takes place 20 years after civilization was destroyed and Joel helps 14-year-old Ellie to safety.
This production was first announced by HBO in 2020, when it stated that
