Gloria-Sophie Burkandt has short hair – "Like a mannequin"

Gloria-Sophie Burkandt is known for her long legs, slim figure and long brown hair.
One of them is now history.
Munich – While her father, Markus Söder (CSU), insists on a nuclear power plant extension almost every day in the media and praises Bavaria's renewable energies to the sky, his daughter, Gloria-Sophie Burkandt, strikes a calmer tone.
According to her Instagram profile, she mainly travels and rarely in Bavaria.
Most recently, she posted several snapshots from Monte Carlo online.
Many fans probably had to look twice at the photos to recognize the 23-year-old.
Gloria-Sophie Burkandt has short hair
She captioned her latest post with the simple sentence "Happy to be here".
But very few of their now almost 30,000 followers will have paid attention to the text.
What was more striking was something that was actually no longer visible.
The 23-year-old, who works as a model alongside her doctorate, had her hair cut.
Her once long brown mane has given way to a short haircut.
What prompted her to change type leaves the daughter of Bavaria's Prime Minister unanswered.
Just two days earlier, she uploaded a picture of herself at a restaurant in Marbella, showing off her long hair.
Whatever the reason, her fans seem to like it.
One commented: "You look really super cool and just beautiful." Another comment says: "Your new hairstyle looks great on you." There are also a lot of heart and flame emojis among the numerous comments.

But some of their fans probably have other thoughts when they see the photos.
“Like a mannequin” or “first thought it was a mannequin.
Too perfect for me.
But great,” it says.
And indeed, her facial expressions seem a little frozen.

Perhaps in her next post, the 23-year-old will explain to her followers why she chose short hair.
Whether it's a model job, frustration with long hair or simply a desire for change - it doesn't matter.
