What happened before the footage, which was recorded near the town of Mulberry, Arkansas on Sunday (August 21, local time), is still unclear.
According to a report by the TV station

, the man was arrested after threatening the employees of a gas station on Sunday.
According to the police, the man is said to be a 27-year-old white US citizen.
He initially communicated with the police officers, but later attacked them.
As the Arkansas police said on Facebook, the 27-year-old was first taken to a hospital for treatment and then to a prison after the incident.
He is charged with assault, terrorist threat and resisting arrest, among other charges
Police violence USA: officials are suspended from duty
The video also has consequences for the officials.
According to the authorities, the three officers involved were suspended from work and are currently being investigated.
The Crawford County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook that it has asked the Arkansas State Police Department to investigate and suspend the two officers involved in the crime.
The third police officer seen on the video has also been suspended from duty, according to the responsible mayor of Mulberry.
The Republican Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson, confirmed the investigation in online networks.
On Twitter he promised "investigations based on the video evidence and the demands of the prosecutor".
