The Russian Federal Security Service announced today the arrest of an ISIS terrorist in Russia who was preparing to carry out a suicide attack in India.
Russia Today website quoted the agency as saying in a statement that it had discovered a terrorist plot and arrested an ISIS member, a citizen of a country in the Central Asian region, noting that the terrorist was planning to target a representative of the ruling circles in India by blowing himself up.
According to the statement, this element was recruited while he was in Turkey from April to last June to carry out a suicide attack after meeting with a representative of ISIS in Istanbul.
