China Gas Company Limited (the Gas Company) celebrates its 160th anniversary this year. From 2 pm yesterday (23rd), it launched the first free NFT scheme for public utilities in Hong Kong, and issued 10,000 pieces of traditional Hong Kong characteristics and the iconic stoves of the Gas Company over the years. Commemorative NFTs with product elements will be distributed free of charge.
At the same time, the gas company held a big lucky draw, giving away 160 rich prizes such as stoves and household items. The first prize can win a shopping voucher of 16,000 yuan. The event will end at 11:59 pm on September 13th.

The Gas Company will give away a commemorative NFT for free to eligible citizens over the age of 18, and will also hold a lucky draw to give away a total of 160 prizes.

From the classic gas street lamps in the 18th century to the stove products used in every household, the Gas Company has accompanied generations of Hong Kong people to grow up for many years.
During the event, the gas company specially invited Tracy Liu, a young designer born and raised in Hong Kong, to work together to create a blueprint based on iconic gas stove products of different eras, blending Hong Kong's characteristic elements, and injecting gas feelings and creativity into the works.
