A missile attack targeted the US occupation base in the Konico oil field in Deir ez-Zor countryside, for the second time within hours.
Local sources in Deir ez-Zor told SANA reporter that a base of the American occupation was targeted in the Koniko oil field in the eastern countryside with bursts of rocket-propelled grenades, followed by hearing explosions inside the base, while it was not confirmed if the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation forces.
The sources indicated that the US occupation forces closed the area immediately, in parallel with the overflight of the occupation planes in the airspace of the area.
In addition, the American NBC News reported that a number of American occupation soldiers were injured in a missile attack targeting their military bases east of Deir Ezzor Governorate.
Yesterday, a missile attack targeted the two military bases of the US occupation in the Al-Omar and Koniko oil fields.
The American occupation forces have established bases in several areas in the Syrian Jazeera, especially in the oil and gas fields, to steal their production and smuggle it abroad through columns of tanks and trucks in coordination with their mercenaries in the SDF militia.
