Maalouli said in a statement to SANA reporter that Primo’s departure is a great loss and pain, because he is one of the most important members of the musical family in Dar al-Assad. He carried the banner of high-end academic music and worked to consolidate it in the hearts and ears of Syrians, starting with children and ending with adults, where he established generations of professional musicians who set out to spread music around the world. The world has a lot of love and passion for drawing the ancient image of Syria in the countries of expatriation.

For his part, the Dean of the Higher Institute of Music, Maestro Adnan Fathallah, said that the great consolation is for Syria and for all the musicians and choir members for their loss. The owner of an artistic project made a big difference in the musical world, pointing to the deep relationship he had with the late Primo and the great faith in collective singing and the choir that he planted in himself and his thought.

Fathallah added: The smile of the late Primo and his keenness to spread love and peace even in the harshest conditions was his tireless concern, in addition to establishing and building the idea of ​​collective singing through the multiple choirs that he worked on, from the Luna choir to the Levant choir that brought together all ages.

The deputy captain of the Artists Syndicate, Maestro Hadi Parsley, pointed out the importance of the great artistic legacy left by the late and that they will work hard to complete his project for collective singing and choir, indicating that Primo is absent in his body and present with all the meanings of love and loyalty to the immortal effect as an educator, professor and great spiritual father.

The Secretary of the Syndicate of Artists in Damascus Countryside, Muhammad Zaghloul, spoke about the artistic career built by the late and his ability to deal with music with children and teach them the origins of the fine and original musical art, describing him as a great, hardworking, giving, and founder of creative musical ideas.

Ishtar Tohme, a 19-year-old student of the late Sham Choir, expressed her deep sadness at the loss of her teacher, indicating that the fragrance of his soul will remain immortal in her heart and the hearts of all his students with their beautiful memories.

It is noteworthy that Maestro Hossam El Din Primo was born in the city of Damascus in 1962, with whom he has a love relationship that leads him spiritually. As for his immortalized project, it is the revival of collective singing and the values ​​it carries parallel to the artistic value, which are educational and developmental values ​​through the Luna Choir for collective singing.
