Yonatan Sharvit, finalist of the last season of the "Chef Games", has already proven in previous ventures in which he took part that he is here to stay • Now he heads a summer restaurant in the pool complex at the Dan Caesarea Hotel • Maya Darin came to taste and be impressed

After last year's great success of the summer Thai pop-up in the pool complex at Dan Caesarea Resort, this summer Bacchetta, a new pop-up restaurant for chef Jonathan Sharvit, opened in the same location.

Similar to international resorts, so also in Dan Caesarea - the pool complex immersed in green is an ideal location for a great summer time.

This year, as mentioned, the young and promising chef, Yonatan Sharvit, joined the coveted complex.

Some know him as a finalist in the last season of the "Chef Games" and there are those who have heard his name proudly carried as one of the outstanding and intriguing young chefs.

In his new summer restaurant, Bacchetta, Rod offers a relaxed lunch menu that beckons to a Greek taverna experience, while later, when the area is illuminated by the last light of the day or enveloped in a quiet and pleasant evening atmosphere - the menu becomes tighter and offers a variety of delicious Mediterranean dishes.

It goes without saying, but it is appropriate - Sharvit's kitchen at Dan Caesarea Resort is a kosher kitchen, and the wise chef chose the Mediterranean channel which allows him a flexible and almost full range of motion.

It is evident that a lot of thought was put into delicious and enjoyable dishes that rely on all the local goodness.

On the lunch menu, Sharabit offers handmade Greek bread with a variety of Mazats - roasted eggplant in garlic silage and fresh thyme, Har Bracha tahini and fennel, cilantro and pistachio mayonnaise salad, white ikra and more.

Small dishes, such as: Greek salad, charred beet salad, sea fish tartare and charred Jerusalem artichoke and also main dishes, such as: sea fish kebab, chickpea souffle, veal gyros and pistachios and lamb chops.

Sharivit's evening menu is made up of starters, mains and desserts such as: a dish of glorious onions stuffed with leeks and served with a mild green onion sauce, home-cured brazaola, beef tartar borscht, gnocchi carbonara and tartar intias, handmade peach pasta, aged prime rib and lamb cannelloni, as well as desserts Like broken millefeuille and dark chocolate creme.
