A puzzling decision:

Attorney Ofir Steiner from the "Honno" organization: "The state attorney's office filed an appeal against the decision in a civil proceeding that has already ended.
The prosecutor's office attributed the need for an appeal to 'implications for the legal bar' - meaning that they do not belong to the discussion.
