The Ministry of Education emphasized to its directorates the importance of taking all necessary measures to welcome the new school year in accordance with the plans that were prepared through cooperation between all the elements of the educational process.
Director of Education at the Ministry of Education, Imad Hazeem, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the ministry stressed to its directorates the necessity of creating the appropriate atmosphere to receive students and students in terms of maintaining the safety of the educational environment and ensuring the readiness of schools, starting with the infrastructure, all the way to their cadres of teachers, teachers and administrators, and facilitating the facilitation of student registration procedures. In the schools closest to their places of residence, and implementing the assimilative plan for students and pupils.
Hazeem indicated that the ministry is following up through its departments with all directorates the arrangements for the new academic year and all preparations to overcome any obstacles that may face the educational process to be resolved in coordination with all concerned authorities.
Hazeem pointed out that the directorates of education were directed to fill the vacancies of teachers and to secure all the needs of schools in coordination with all relevant departments, and to complete administrative formations and teacher movements before the start of the school year, and to provide all school requirements and supplies that help the school perform its educational duties in the best way.
Hazeem also explained that educational frameworks in schools have been trained to use the means, and laboratories and libraries in schools have been equipped with the necessary educational equipment, aids and techniques.
The Ministry of Education had set the fourth of next September as the date for the start of the 2022-2023 school year, provided that the administrative work begins on the twenty-eighth of this month, while the school year ends on the twenty-fifth of May next year.
