With the aim of promoting reading among the younger generation, the Association of Martyr Bayan Hudifa Al Janoubia of the Revolutionary Youth Union in Sweida launched an initiative (Let's Read Together).
The initiative is based on the exchange of opinions, dialogues and discussions about books read by young people, in addition to the possibility of exchanging books among them in order to enhance their knowledge and cultural aspects.
The Secretary of the Association, Hassan Khair El-Din, indicated that the initiative came with an idea from the young woman, Hanan Al-Arbeed, who had previously participated in and won the reading marathon competition at the level of Syria, in addition to her vast knowledge store.
The Southern Association of the Revolutionary Youth Union organized during the last period many activities that promote the cultural aspects of youth, including the expanded literary forum during the month of April of this year.
