The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announced the start of the Syrian Trade Corporation offering quantities of sugar at a wholesale price of 3,500 Syrian pounds to semi-wholesale and retail sellers to sell them to the consumer at 3,700 pounds for the excess and 3,900 pounds for the packaged.
The ministry explained in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that the Syrian Trade sells sugar at a wholesale price of 3,500 SYP to half wholesale and retail sellers in Al-Hal Market in Zabaltani in Damascus, provided that they pledge to sell it to the consumer at a price of 3700 SYP for the bulk and 3900 SYP for the packed.
