The defendant did not assess the physical condition of the deceased before the operation, and did not record the personnel who performed the operation and the dose of anesthesia injected.
During the operation, the defendant did not provide oxygen to the patient, and ignored the warning signs of the vital index device more times.
In addition, the defendant left the operating room without waiting for the patient to wake up after the operation, under the supervision of an assistant who had not received medical training.
The medical committee pointed out that the entire operation process was extremely dangerous.
